Requirements
Skills required /platform they will be working on:
1. Core responsibility is to lead development of the Business Requirements Document (BRD) for AMI 2.0 Scoping Phase – this will include improving the current hierarchy of Use Cases, Capabilities, Outcomes and Benefits. This will be under direction from DET Technology Lead and PM (Mohamed and myself) and will be on a prioritised sub-set of Use Cases/capabilities that have been previously assessed by the business.
2. Previous experience (preferred) or demonstrated understanding of all components of AMI infrastructure (existing and potentially new/modified) – the communications network; the AMI meters including its ‘communication hub’; the AMI data (e.g. Power Quality) and AMI IT infrastructure (e.g. AMI Head End)
3. Whilst the Senior BA will be focussed on requirements as opposed to specific systems – benefit if they have experience with Itron AMI Head End, GE Power-on-Advantage, Itron Outage Detection System (ODS), Future Grid Compass, QLIK reports.
Skills Required
- Senior business analysis experience leading development of business requirements documentation
- Experience with or demonstrated understanding of AMI infrastructure, including communications networks, AMI meters, communication hubs, AMI data, and AMI IT infrastructure
- Previous experience with Itron AMI Head End, GE PowerOn Advantage, Itron Outage Detection System, Future Grid Compass, or Qlik reports
- Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or Australian permanent residency
