About the role
Design Bridge and Partners is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Brand Strategist to join our team in Madrid. In this role, you will play a key role in leading and developing client projects, mentoring team members, and contributing to the agency's thought leadership. In this pivotal role you will
- Lead strategic thinking on client projects, from brief development to final deliverables.
- Uncover unique insights and leverage data and AI tools to inform brand strategy.
- Develop compelling presentations and narratives that resonate with clients.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Contribute to the agency's thought leadership through content creation and PR efforts.
About you
To be successful in the role you will bring:
- Proven experience in brand strategy, ideally within an agency setting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for working with leading brands.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a commitment to excellence.
