ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

As Brand Manager, you’ll be the steward of Jack Archer’s voice, look, and feel. You’ll work closely with the VP of Growth to execute the brand direction and ensure every piece of communication, from social content to partnerships, reflects our identity and vision.

You’ll own the day-to-day management of our brand calendar and marketing activations, building the relationships and creative programs that amplify our story, increase brand awareness, and drive cultural relevance. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure our campaigns feel consistent, elevated, and unmistakably Jack Archer.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Brand Execution & Consistency

  • Implement the brand strategy and guidelines defined by the VP of Growth, ensuring consistent tone, visual identity, and storytelling across all channels.

  • Audit and refine marketing materials to maintain brand alignment across campaigns, channels, and partners.

  • Champion the brand internally, ensuring all teams understand and uphold Jack Archer’s brand DNA.

Marketing Calendar & Campaign Management

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of the marketing calendar - from campaign planning and asset coordination to launches and recaps.

  • Partner with the VP of Growth, Creative, and Paid Media teams to ensure all initiatives ladder up to our brand and business objectives.

  • Oversee production timelines, content deliverables, and channel readiness to keep campaigns running smoothly and on time.

Influencer, PR, & Partnership Initiatives

  • Support the VP of Growth in identifying and managing influencer relationships, PR collaborations, and brand partnerships that authentically reflect Jack Archer’s values and reach new audiences.

  • Coordinate gifting, seeding, and partnership activations to drive awareness and brand love.

  • Track performance and sentiment of brand collaborations, turning insights into future strategies.

Content & Storytelling

  • Ensure we’re consistently creating compelling brand stories and content that bring Jack Archer’s mission and lifestyle to life.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to concept, produce, and distribute high-quality content tailored to each channel.

  • Amplify hero content across paid, owned, and earned media to maximize reach and engagement.

Owned Media & Community Management

  • Own and grow Jack Archer’s owned media channels (social, email, blog, etc.), ensuring all content reflects brand voice and builds long-term engagement.

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that drives conversation, advocacy, and loyalty.

  • Monitor community feedback and sentiment to help guide future storytelling and customer engagement initiatives.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • 5–8 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communications - ideally within fashion, apparel, or lifestyle consumer brands.

  • Strong understanding of brand building, social media strategy, and cultural storytelling.

  • Excellent communicator with a sharp eye for detail, aesthetics, and voice consistency.

  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple moving parts across teams and timelines.

  • Experience managing influencer, PR, and partnership programs from ideation through execution.

  • Creative, curious, and plugged into emerging trends - with a passion for telling stories that connect with people.

  • A genuine Jack Archer brand advocate - you understand our customers, live our values, and want to help shape the future of modern men’s apparel.
