<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with account director to support integrated projects, proactively anticipate and solve problems, identify opportunities for efficiencies and growth, and ensure proper communications and team direction</li>
<li>Participates in a diverse and inclusive environment where each team member feels they can bring their best self and be respected and seen</li>
<li>Partner closely with Project Management to understand the timing, workflow, and project deliverables in order to manage client expectations and to anticipate team needs/client needs&nbsp;</li>
<li>Partner with project management to effectively manage resources and budgets</li>
<li>Be the primary point of contact for client counterpart and cross agency team in managing the daily activities for cross-channel initiatives and annual plans</li>
<li>Exhibit a thorough understanding of the client’s brand, objectives, and operations to successfully accomplish deliverables that meet client expectations across the whole brand spectrum</li>
<li>Manage relationships with key clients and strategic partners active in the day-to-day execution of integrated projects, and manage up appropriately</li>
<li>Lead and uphold the conditions for constructive partner meetings, client reviews, and strategic partner engagements that inspire quality outputs and drive brand success</li>
<li>Apply independent, critical thinking and contribute ideas in cross-functional team settings across creative, strategy, media, PR, and production disciplines</li>
<li>Contribute to Barkley culture, growth, and success through participation in key agency forums and initiatives, department and agency-wide meetings, new business opportunities, etc.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Animal health / regulated industry experience is a plus</li>
<li>Experience managing production and social/digital is a plus</li>
<li>Self-starter with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment</li>
<li>Strong collaborator with the ability to lead cross-channel initiatives with a diverse range of partners and stakeholders</li>
<li>Ability to run projects independently with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of effectively articulating both strategic recommendations and detailed tactical plans</li>
<li>Ability to develop trusted relationships and partner with diverse teams and mid-senior client leads</li>
<li>Demonstrated success in a cross-functional team environment</li>
<li>Ability to juggle multiple projects and clients at once, while correctly prioritizing</li>
<li>4+ years relevant work experience; previous agency experience preferred</li>
<li>Experience in client services</li>
