Since launching in 2022, kit: has defied expectations, rapidly emerging as a modern wellness disruptor at the intersection of skin, health, and body care. Now, we’re looking for a bold, visionary Senior Brand Marketing Manager to take kit for the next 12 months in a contract role,: to its next frontier—deepening our presence beyond MECCA while fueling continued commercial growth through our established retail channels.
You’ll lead the brand with end-to-end ownership—from strategic brand planning and revenue delivery to community storytelling and creative experimentation. Working closely with cross-functional and agency teams, you’ll shape and scale the brand’s identity in the market, drive performance across touchpoints, and champion innovation that challenges the status quo.
The Role You Could Play:
Brand Growth Strategy
Architect and execute the brand strategy to grow awareness and market share across both owned channels (social, web, CRM) and MECCA’s omnichannel retail ecosystem.
Creative Disruption
Bring an entrepreneurial lens to brand marketing. Unearth new ways to disrupt the wellness category, redefine engagement, and build culturally resonant campaigns that leave a mark.
End-to-End Brand Ownership
Lead integrated campaign development and creative direction across all consumer touchpoints—from product launch narratives to content strategy, paid media and in-store experience.
Digital Marketing Excellence
Design and deliver full-funnel, customer-centric digital marketing campaigns that are insight-led, brand-building, and ROI-focused—across paid, owned and earned channels.
Commercial Accountability
Own brand performance through robust sales forecasting, A&P budget management, inventory partnership, and ROI-driven channel marketing.
Cross-Functional & Agency Leadership
Inspire and galvanize internal teams and external partners across product, design, media, PR, and digital to deliver world-class brand execution.
What You Will Bring:
Extensive brand marketing expertise within beauty, wellness, or retail, with a proven ability to drive both creative excellence and commercial outcomes.
Strategic and innovative mindset, with experience building and scaling brands through modern, multi-channel marketing approaches.
Exceptional storytelling and brand building capabilities, with a track record of delivering breakthrough campaigns and end-to-end product launches across social, digital, print, PR and influencer marketing.
Strong commercial acumen, including advanced analytical skills and experience managing and optimising marketing budgets.
Collaborative leadership style, thriving in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and influencing effectively across diverse teams.
Experience managing product development pipelines and contributing to innovation roadmaps.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on and highly creative environment.
