Senior Brand Designer

Mangomint is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to shape and evolve our brand identity. If you are a highly creative, detail-oriented, designer who is passionate about visual storytelling, this could be the role for you! You will develop and maintain our brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across platforms while supporting growth marketing initiatives. To be successful in this role you’ll need to be an expert in digital and print design, prepress file setup, and large format-printing. We are looking for someone who lives in the PST time zone or is excited about working PST hours. 

In this role you will:

• Maintain and evolve the Mangomint brand and visual style guides

• Collaborate with our growth marketing team on campaigns, events, and conferences

• Prepare print files, approve proofs, and manage production orders

• Design assets for our annual company event, including stage design, signage, and swag

• Manage and design company swag (t-shirts, hoodies, water bottles, etc.)

• Create packaging, letterheads, business cards, and promotional materials

• Develop assets for print (posters, brochures, signage) and digital (email, web, ads)

• Design logos and identities for products, teams, events, and campaigns

• Ensure brand consistency, scalable design systems, and accessible templates

• Work with vendors, review proofs, and approve production files

• 5+ years of experience in Brand Design

• Expertise in brand identity, visual style guides, and logo development

• Strong skills in event design, packaging, typesetting, layout, and color theory

• Experience with prepress file setup (bleeds, crop marks, CMYK, etc), printing methods, and large-format printing

• Proficiency in image sourcing and  art direction (Illustration experience would be a plus!)

• Extremely detail-oriented with strong organization and communication skills

• Ability to juggle multiple projects, adapt quickly, and contribute ideas
