We are seeking a Senior Brand Designer to be our creative visionary, elevating our brand identity, innovating with fresh ideas, and driving consistency across all visual touchpoints.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Senior Brand Designer will lead the creative direction and execution of the brand’s visual identity. This role is ideal for a highly creative and detail-oriented designer who thrives on storytelling through visuals and delivering impactful designs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape the brand’s creative presence across digital, social, and in-store platforms, ensuring consistency and innovation in every project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and elevate the brand’s creative vision, ensuring it resonates with the target audience and aligns with marketing goals.
  • Create and execute marketing collateral, including graphic design, photography edits, and video assets.
  • Drive consistency in design across all platforms, including still visuals, photography, video production, visual merchandising, and in-store and digital marketing touchpoints.
  • Lead the end-to-end creative process, from concept development to execution, delivering high-quality, on-brand assets.
  • Develop and manage production calendars for campaigns, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Deliver daily assets (using Illustrator or Photoshop) to support team needs and ongoing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to execute cohesive, high-impact campaigns and ad hoc assets.
  • Create design guidelines and ensure brand consistency across all visual content.
  • Oversee and manage external creative talent, including photographers and videographers.
  • Translate marketing briefs into visually compelling assets that drive engagement and support business objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends to keep designs fresh, innovative, and competitive.
  • Advocate for creative vision and provide constructive feedback to ensure projects meet the highest standards.
  • Maintain organized creative drives and workflows for easy access and collaboration.
  • Ideate and provide conceptual direction for all video shoots.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a brand design role, preferably in beauty, fashion, or consumer products.
  • Proven ability to set a creative vision and execute across mediums like social, digital, photography, and video while aligning strategies with business objectives.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) with proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira).
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with digital marketing campaigns, eCommerce platforms, and visual merchandising (both in-store and online).
  • A keen eye for detail, exceptional visual storytelling skills, and a passion for beauty and design.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a positive, can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Willingness to push creative boundaries while maintaining brand alignment.

In accordance with the applicable law, the following represents a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum compensation range for this position:

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $60,000-$75,000.. 

  • There may be future opportunities for continued pay progression based on continued strong performance in the role.
  • Full-time positions are also eligible for a competitive compensation and benefits package that include medical health insurance, 401K, Paid Time Off, Life Insurance and Long Term Disability leave, and a range of other benefits.
