Period: ASAP to 2027-01-25 (full-time), with a possibility of extension.

About the role

The Platform Design team helps bring new ideas to life through design. We shape products, stories and experiences that help organisations do their best work.

As part of our Shipping Our Expertise (SOE) team, you'll help tell one of the most exciting stories. We're taking the way of building software and sharing it with the world through a growing family of products under the company's Technology brand. Our customers range from global companies to small, ambitious start-ups, and every one of them meets our brand long before they meet our products.
This is where you come in. This is a contract role, and it's all about brand in the real world. Campaigns, events, keynote decks, blog imagery, printed pieces and everything in between. You'll take the visual language we've crafted and make it sing across every medium, adding to it as you go so that everything we make carries our personality. Clear, confident and unmistakably us.

You'll be the connective tissue between our product and marketing teams. You'll make sure the story we tell out in the world matches the experience inside our products, so customers feel one brand wherever they meet us.

What you'll do
  • Design branded assets across campaigns, events, internal and external presentations, blog posts, social and web, keeping every piece consistent with the visual language.

  • Hit the ground running, working independently from a brief to a finished piece and making smart creative calls with light-touch art direction.

  • Help grow and refine our visual language, creating new patterns, illustration styles, layouts and templates that extend the brand with care.

  • Produce production-ready artwork for print, including litho and screen printing, and partner with print suppliers and vendors to get colour, finish and detail right first time.

  • Bring events to life through signage, environmental graphics, merchandise and on-stage visuals that feel welcoming and memorable.

  • Craft presentation decks for leaders and teams that make complex ideas simple, visual and easy to follow.

  • Connect our product and marketing work, partnering closely with Product Designers, Marketing, Communications and Product teams so launches, campaigns and product experiences feel like one joined-up story.

  • Look after the quality of everything that carries our name, and help others use our brand well through templates, guidance and support.

Who you are
  • You have a real love for brand, with a sharp eye for typography, colour, composition and detail, and a portfolio that shows it.

  • You're comfortable working across many mediums, from print and digital to events and motion, and you enjoy switching between them.

  • You can pick up an established visual language quickly and work within it with confidence, while spotting chances to move it forward. You understand how brand shows up in products as well as in marketing.

  • You have hands-on experience preparing files for print, including colour management, bleeds, dielines and working with litho and screen printing processes.

  • You've worked in brand, creative or marketing design, freelance, in-house or at an agency or studio, and you know how to settle into a new team quickly and deliver great work across many projects at once.

  • You're fluent in professional design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and curious about new tools, including AI, that help you work smarter.

  • You communicate clearly, explain the thinking behind your choices and enjoy working with people from different backgrounds and disciplines
