The Senior Brand Creative defines the creative identity and storytelling of Hypebeast’s private labels, ensuring all design, campaigns, and content reflect the brand’s DNA and cultural position while developing content creation across digital, e-commerce, and marketing touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

  • There main duties are listed below.

  • Creative Direction & Branding
  • Define brand positioning, values, tone, and visual identity for the private label.
  • Develop creative concepts for seasonal drops.
  • Oversee brand identity elements (logos, packaging, design guidelines).
  • Partner with external creatives and collaborators to elevate brand storytelling.
  • Ensure consistency of creative vision across all channels.
  • Keep creative projects on schedule by managing internal external creative resources 
  • Identify and pitch potential creative collaborations.
  • Content & Campaigns
  • Create brand decks and campaign presentations that articulate creative direction.
  • Oversee and create content for digital channels (social, e-commerce, editorial).
  • Ensure timely delivery of creative assets for product launches.
  • Internal Cooperation
  • Work with Hypebeast creative/editorial teams to align tone and visual direction.
  • Work with HBX e-commerce team with key visuals assets.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in brand creative, design, or art direction (fashion or lifestyle brand preferred).
  • Strong portfolio of brand storytelling, campaign visuals, and creative direction.
  • Possesses a global perspective and understanding of fashion and creative fields.
  • Hands-on experience with creative design and content production.
  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and others creative tools.
  • Communication skills to be able to work well in a cross-functional team setting.
  • Time management skills and self-motivated ability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Business-level English and Korean preferred.

자격 요건

  • 브랜드 크리에이티브, 디자인, 아트 디렉션 분야에서 5년 이상 경력
  • 크리에이티브 디렉션을 보여줄 수 있는 포트폴리오
  • 글로벌 및 패션·크리에이티브 산업 및 트렌드에 대한 이해
  • 크리에이티브 디자인 및 콘텐츠 제작 실무 경험
  • Adobe Creative Suite (포토샵, 일러스트레이터 등) 활용 능숙
  • 하입비스트 해외 팀과 원활히 협업 가능 우수한 커뮤니케이션 능력
  • 시간 관리 및 자기 주도적 태도 업무 능력
  • 비즈니스 레벨의 영어 및 한국어 가능자
  • Hypebeast에 대한 이해도
