Job Description
AETOS is seeking a Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse Technical team member to join an existing team providing business intelligence solutions to a government client. The ideal individual will have 5+ years of industry experience. Must be responsible for successful technical delivery of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence projects using an Agile project management methodology.
Qualifications
Responsibilties:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and develop new enterprise business intelligence (BI) service offerings, content creation, and value propositions to support and improve Government business processes.
- Collaborate with end users to identify needs and opportunities for improved delivery of data supporting agency financial operations and mission.
- Provide ongoing development and maintenance of financial data marts and enterprise data warehouse using BI best practices, relational structures, dimensional data, structured query language skills, data warehouse and reporting techniques.
- Administer and troubleshoot BI reporting tool installations: Hyperion, OBIEE, Tableau.
- Provide end-user support and encourage user adoption. Act as Tier 1 support for end-users of BI tools. Train and support end-user analysts. Direct users to training material and available resources.
- Convert business requirements and high-level data collection needs into well-specified analyses, reporting and visualizations.
- Define and log work using JIRA.
- Participate in recurring team meetings (Agile)
Education & Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience in gathering requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting.
- Experience developing and troubleshooting BI reports.
- Experience administering BI tools including Hyperion, OBIEE, Tableau.
- Experience working in a Microsoft SharePoint environment.
- Experience with AGILE and writing User Stories
- Must be able present diagnostic, troubleshooting steps and conclusions to varied audiences.
- Experience using Informatica PowerCenter a plus but not necessary
- Experience monitoring and maintaining enterprise BI reporting services.
Banking and lending domain experience a plus but not necessary

- This is a 100% remote position
- Candidate must be a US citizen and must be able to pass a security background check
- Candidate must reside in the US.
