Job requirements
- Responsibilities: Develop Power BI reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards based on business requirements. Design, implement, and optimize data models and ETL processes to support BI initiatives. Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver BI solutions. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in Power BI solutions by implementing quality assurance best practices. Create documentation and provide training to end-users on the use of Power BI reports and dashboards. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data visualization and BI technologies. Requirements: Proven experience (4-6 Years) as a Power BI Developer or similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Power BI (Power Query, DAX, Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service). Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes. Experience with SQL databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.) and strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred). Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft certifications related to Power BI (e.g., DA-100: Analyzing Data with Power BI) would be a plus. Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, QlikView, etc.) is a bonus.
