Who You Are
We’re seeking a highly skilled and passionate engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’re someone who loves solving complex problems, enjoys continuous learning, and is motivated by the opportunity to create technology that matters.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of backend development experience.
Proven expertise in API design, development, and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of NoSQL, vector databases (e.g. MongoDB)
Familiarity with Golang (preferred as our primary development language) or 5 years of Java
High-traffic system development (QPS 1000+)
Bonus Points for:
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud services.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, performance optimization, and monitoring tools.
Knowledge of advanced technologies such as Neo4j, Elasticsearch, or EMQX
