What am I going to do?- You develop it all! Including products and features.
- You’ll be building and developing modules, data pipelines, and services.
- You own it - from design to production.
- Being available for on-call shifts.
- 5+ years building and operating production backend systems at scale
- Very strong coding abilities in at least one modern language (Kotlin, Java, Node.js, Ruby, Python)
- Proven ownership of services end to end: API design, data modeling, performance, reliability, and observability in production
- Deep understanding of Computer Science principles and strong analytical skills
- Hands-on experience and established working practices with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar)
- Experience in designing and building AI-powered product features, from prompt design to scalable, production-ready integrations is a strong plus
- Readiness to contribute beyond your core discipline. Backend is your depth, and you'll be expected to contribute to frontend and other adjacent work as features require
- Fluent in English and Ukrainian
- BSc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
