We build products we are proud of, with people we love. Software Engineering Applications, including Web and Mobile, are at the core of what we do. We partner with our clients to deliver high-performance, resilient, and scalable systems that impact users and businesses worldwide.
We are a collection of individuals with different stories, but one shared goal: to build a place where we actually want to work. We value empathy, self-organization, and the courage to take risks. If you love solving complex problems and believe that teaching others is the best way to learn, you’ll feel right at home here.
The Role & The ChallengeWe’re looking for Senior Software Engineer with solid experience in Go.
As a Software Engineer, you’ll join a collaborative ecosystem where you won't just maintain systems; you'll sculpt architectures, diagnose complex issues, and build elegant, scalable solutions. We encourage you to take risks, make decisions, and communicate openly. You will own the full product lifecycle from development to maintenance, serving as an active voice in solution design, writing testable code, and keeping documentation sharp.
RequirementsYou’ll be a Great Fit If...
- English is your second nature: Our playground is global. You’ll need strong English communication skills to collaborate daily with international clients and teammates. Being able to explain complex ideas clearly is just as important as writing clean code.
- Go Mastery: You build robust APIs and highly concurrent, resilient services in Go.
- Distributed Systems & Architecture: Strong knowledge of service-oriented architectures, design patterns, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Communication Protocols: Fluency in HTTP, gRPC, and Pub/Sub messaging.
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience building and running high-performance applications on GCP or AWS, within Agile/DevOps environments (Scrum/Kanban).
- Quality & Automation: Test automation and CI/CD pipelines as core development practices - they are part of your craftmanship.
- Ownership & Autonomy: You are self-driven, organized, and take pride in owning your code from "hello world" to production.
