- Collaborate on architecture: Partner with peers to architect, design, and evolve new and existing systems.
- Be AI-driven: Continuously explore, adopt, and leverage AI tools and techniques to improve engineering workflows, code quality, testing, and delivery speed.
- Bottom-up ownership: Take full ownership of the code you write—ensuring production readiness, system stability, and operational excellence; proactively improve system reliability, scalability, and maintainability; embed observability and monitoring as a core part of design and development.
- Deliver iteratively: Work in an agile environment, shipping high-quality software with fast feedback loops.
We'll love to explore more about you if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields from a tier-1 institution—or equivalent relevant experience with a top technology company.
- 2+ years of backend engineering experience, with expertise in at least one high-level programming language (preferably Python).
- Strong hands-on experience with Django or similar frameworks.
- Solid understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and REST API design.
- Exposure to machine learning/NLP concepts is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Deep understanding of core Computer Science concepts: Algorithms, Data Structures, Object-Oriented Design, and Databases.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into engineering workflows (e.g., for code generation, code review, testing, or documentation).
