Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our core team and build the engine behind AI-native security. We aren't just building another dashboard, we are architecting a system that processes massive data streams and pushes AI models to their absolute limits to outthink modern attackers. What You'll Do:
- Design and build the core backend systems from the ground up
- Architect scalable, resilient infrastructure that processes large volumes of security data
- Make high-impact technical decisions with real ownership
- Work closely with AI and security researchers to turn cutting-edge ideas into production systems
- Take features from concept through production and monitoring
- Help define engineering standards, culture, and best practices
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience in Go, Python, C++, or similar
- Experience building distributed systems and working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design
- A track record of shipping quality software in fast-paced environments
- Bonus: Security domain knowledge or experience with AI/ML systems
