Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python(Flask) or Golang.
- Build scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems for large-scale data processing and transactions.
- Apply design patterns and best practices to ensure maintainability, testability, and reusability of code.
- Work with relational and non-relational database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) for data modeling, optimization, and query performance tuning.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers, DevOps, and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Ensure system security, performance, and availability through monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor team members, and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional backend development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python or Golang (knowledge of both is a plus).
- Solid understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Strong grasp of software engineering principles, design patterns, and system architecture.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, or GraphQL.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and monitoring tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
