As the most senior member of the team, you will lead architectural decisions, set development guidelines, and ensure the optimal performance of our services.

WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?
- partner with product teams, learn from them and understand the challenges they face, e.g. by embedding into teams
- research and engineer approaches to improve developer satisfaction and increase developer velocity
- spanning the entire process of designing, building, testing, deploying, releasing, and monitoring
- areas cover release task automation, testing automation (Performance, end2end, etc.)
- provide and promote TDD, best practices, new tools, trainings as enablement
- lead cross-team and -tribe initiatives
- technical mentor for the team, help improve teams engineering culture, e.g. defining best practices, tech debt, pair programming, etc
- Mentor and coach other engineers in our tribe

- strategic and tactical mindset, break down work in increments
- understand the value of writing technical documentation, guidelines, and standards
