Job Description- Turn real business needs into clean, idiomatic Go code that your team can easily build on
- Partner with the team to design and build a rock-solid, highly scalable Go API architecture
- Champion clean coding practices like TDD, pair programming, and agile workflows
- Pick the right tool for the job: getting the most out of Go’s speed without being stuck in dogma
- Bring your own ideas to the table in a flat hierarchy with fast, direct decision-making
- Self-starter who steps up, takes responsibility, and stays curious about new ways to solve problems
- Comfortable taking complex, low-latency features from the drawing board all the way to production without hand-holding
- Collaborative builder who writes solid, dependable code and makes everyone around them better
- Knows Go inside out, writing clean, idiomatic code and making the most of its built-in concurrency
- Strong foundation in modern Symfony or Laravel, with a track record of building clean, scalable apps
- Hands-on experience with modern PHP is a big plus
- Deep grasp of core engineering principles (SOLID, clean code) and distributed system design
- Knows their way around MySQL (smart indexing, query tuning) and Redis (caching patterns, data structures)
- Hands-on or curious about leveraging GenAI to build smarter, modern product features
- Fluent in English and comfortable sharing ideas, alignment, and technical trade-offs across the team
