We are on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Backend Engineer, one who counts in millions of rows, nanoseconds, and petabytes. With your extensive experience in highly parallelized mass data processing, combined with a profound knowledge of IT system architecture, database, and networking fundamentals, you're set to be our technical maestro. We're keen on those who have system-level development expertise in Golang, Rust, or C++.
What You'll Do:
- Design and implement robust backend systems, ranging from data models to dynamic APIs primarily in Golang, sprinkled with elements of Rust and C++.
- Analyze, specify, design, and implement groundbreaking data components and systems.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance system performance metrics.
- Participate in meticulous peer reviews, covering specifications, designs, code, and testing methods.
- Refine our automated deployment processes, ensuring agile scalability.

Basic Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in software engineering, with a focus on mass data processing.
- Deep understanding of operating systems, database systems, and networking fundamentals.
- Extensive experience with bare-metal servers.
- Active participation in on-call rosters.
- Strong competency with Databases Clickhouse, MariaDB/Mysql, Postgres, SQL, and using those in Golang.
- Exceptional English communication abilities, both in writing and verbally.
Preferred Qualities:
- Demonstrable experience in code generation and CI/CD pipeline development.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the complete tech stack, with a focus on system-level development.
- Proficiency in conducting Fuzz Testing, Crash Testing, and Performance Testing.
- Expertise in data modeling for databases and APIs.
