- Develop and optimize high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software solutions.
- Ensure code efficiency by reducing technical debt and improving system performance.
- Take ownership of specific application modules, ensuring they are robust, efficient, and scalable.
- Enhance system reliability through continuous performance improvements and automation.
- Participate in peer code reviews, providing valuable feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
- Reduce design complexity and simplify the user experience through innovation and automation.
- Stay updated with new methodologies and technologies, proactively implementing improvements.
- Support and mentor team members, ensuring smooth onboarding and knowledge sharing.
- 5+ years of experience in C# and .NET technologies with a focus on web environments.
- Proficiency in ASP.NET, RESTful API design, and microservices architecture.
- Experience optimizing database queries and working with MS SQL Server, Entity Framework, and ADO.NET.
- Strong understanding of domain-centric architectures (DDD, Clean Architecture).
- Ability to write efficient, high-performance code and optimize existing systems.
- Experience with Unit Testing and maintaining high code quality.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Services.
- Experience with AI tools such as CoPilot, ChatGPT.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
