As part of our experienced Backend Development team, you’ll closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
When joining Tieto Tech Consulting as a Senior Backend Developer, you
- Design, develop, and implement backend services and APIs
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand requirements and propose technical solutions
- Work together with frontend developers, software architects, project managers and customer stakeholders
- Ensure performance, security and scalability of backend system
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
- Actively contribute in agile ceremonies and customer workshops
Who we are looking for
- 4+ years of experience as a Backend developer
- Strong knowledge of backend technologies (e.g. Java and/or C#)
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservice architectures and databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
- Knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g. Angular, React) is nice to have
- A customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
- A curious mindset and willingness to learn and share knowledge
- Very good German and English skills

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 55.000,00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualifications and experience. Our aim is to provide you with a salary package that is both competitive and reflective of your relevant experience, while also aligning with current market standards.
