You will be:
  • define the analytical approach for projects and ensure business objectives are effectively translated into solution requirements,
  • participate in large and complex IT projects delivered by geographically distributed and culturally diverse teams,
  • support the full software development lifecycle, from initial discovery and analysis through implementation, delivery, and ongoing product evolution,
  • co-create delivery plans, product roadmaps, and implementation strategies while balancing business priorities with project constraints,
  • represent the project team during interactions with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear communication and supporting informed business decisions,
  • collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business needs, validate proposed solutions, and ensure alignment with contractual, operational, and technical constraints,
  • coordinate collaboration between UX designers, architects, developers, and other project participants to shape effective and feasible solutions,
  • manage analytical complexity by identifying dependencies across business processes, system components, and project workstreams,
  • ensure consistency, completeness, and quality of business and functional requirements,
  • facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and cross-functional discussions,
  • support continuous improvement of business analysis practices, documentation standards, and delivery processes,
  • depending on seniority, provide analytical leadership, mentor less experienced analysts, and contribute to organizational best practices,

Your profile:

  • extensive commercial experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner,
  • proven track record of successfully delivering projects across multiple industries and business domains,
  • extensive experience working on large, complex IT projects,
  • practical experience with Agile, hybrid (Agile + Waterfall), and other adaptive delivery methodologies,
  • excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
  • experience leading workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, and cross-functional meetings,
  • demonstrated ability to select, tailor, and apply appropriate business analysis techniques and methodologies depending on project needs,
  • solid technical understanding and ability to collaborate effectively with software engineering teams,
  • ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams,
  • experience creating clear, structured, and maintainable business and functional documentation,
  • strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
  • ability to quickly understand new industries, business processes, and domain-specific terminology,
  • strategic mindset with the ability to balance business priorities, technical feasibility, and delivery constraints,
  • strong leadership, ownership, and decision-making capabilities,
