We're hiring for an Azure SME to join our Microsoft Security Consultancy, and help us build our Azure capability through the lens of ensuring world-class security too. Right now, that means roughly 75% Azure and 25% Microsoft 365 security, but our goal is to grow that into a fully Azure-focused role as demand scales.

The company
We're a dedicated cybersecurity partner working with major global clients. Microsoft is a core focus, and our reputation is built on deep expertise, straight-talking delivery, and impact at scale.
We're looking for someone who (don’t worry if you don’t tick every box):
- Will help shape the direction and scope of our Azure services and capabilities, including the role itself
- Has experience and loves working with:
- VDI (Azure Virtual Desktop)
- Networking, such as Azure Firewall, Bastion, Gateways, and so on
- Compute, such as VMs and App Service
- Governance and architecture, such as landing zones, Azure Policy
- Defender for Cloud
- Entra, such as Azure RBAC and Entra Domain Services
- Has a verified history of Microsoft security obsession, and wants to be surrounded by people who feel the same
- Holds AZ or SC certifications, or is working towards them (we help folks with this)
- Bonus points if you bring experience with:
- Windows 365
- Azure DevOps and IaC
- Sentinel
- Other hyperscalers like AWS, GCP, and OCI
- Red team or offensive security tools
