We are looking for a Senior Azure Engineer to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting and evolving our clients’ Azure environments to ensure performance, security, and scalability while mentoring the next generation of cloud engineers. If you are a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Azure infrastructure and a passion for solving complex technical challenges — we want to hear from you.
🔧 Your Core Responsibilities
Resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
Identify and analyze trends or problems within customer environments.
Design and implement permanent fixes through appropriate change processes.
Document solutions and share knowledge within the internal knowledge base.
Mentor and support junior engineers, serving as a senior escalation point.
Lead client onboarding to ensure smooth transitions and SOW compliance.
Facilitate client workshops to uncover improvement opportunities.
Drive the development of innovative solutions to enhance customer environments.
Collaborate with Tech Leads to evaluate current offerings and shape future enhancements.
Perform additional duties as required to support business and client needs.
What You Bring to the Team
Expertise in Azure Cloud Infrastructure:
Strong hands-on experience with IaaS (Compute, Network, Storage) and PaaS.
Proven background in Cloud Migrations and Transformations.
Experience implementing Cloud Landing Zones and applying the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF).
Solid knowledge of Cloud Governance, Security, and Compliance best practices.
Understanding of SecOps (e.g., Defender for Cloud) and CostOps principles.
Technical Leadership & Architecture:
Ability to enforce strong architectural standards.
Act as a key escalation point, offering guidance and oversight to the team.
Proven experience developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) on Azure across all environments (dev to prod).
Desirable Skills
Linux administration and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory and DNS.
Experience working with automation, scripting, and DevOps pipelines.
