Job Description
Purpose
Perform, coordinate and improve most complex activities (3rd level environment) needed to provide IT services and the supporting infrastructure in order to fulfill relevant KPI’s. Plan, implement and maintain a stable technical infrastructure to support organization’s business processes. Identify weaknesses in used processes and eliminate them following industry and internal standards.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Have overview and understanding of cloud platforms,
- administrate cloud-based technologies,
- install and deploy new features, OS to Bare metal, general VMs as well as Azure cloud environment,
- investigate and analyze the root cause of incidents and initiate corrective actions,
- conformity with the internal work instructions and process guidelines within DTAG,
- follow the defined escalation standards in case of deviations,
- investigate the root cause of incidents and initiate actions to improve or correct the situation,
- participate on regular and/or irregular communication with colleagues in an international environment to ensure operational goals,
- participate on on-call duties, independent solving and troubleshooting of incidents and errors within defined expertise,
- coordinate the use of internal technical support and vendor support to ensure troubleshooting, maintenance, and an efficient end-user support,
- train and participate on education of other employees,
- perform team specific non-technical tasks such as quality/ process/ reporting to support daily operation,
- create, change, and delete user accounts.
Qualifications
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:
- have at least Secondary education in Information technologies,
- have at least 1 year experience in ICT System,
- are familiar with Agile Methodology / Scrum / SAFe,
- have good communication skills, presentation skills,
- are good in analytical thinking and team cooperation,
- speak English – Upper intermediate (B2).

- Windows server Administration – Specialist
- Linux server Administration – Specialist
- Cloud Networking – Specialist
- Backup and storage – Intermediate
- MCSA- Microsoft Certified Solution Associate
Certifications
- Azure Administrator [AZ-104], Azure Network Engineer, Azure Security Engineer
- MCSA- Microsoft Certified Solution Associate

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1300 € /brutto.
