Senior AWS Messaging Architect (C#)

*We are looking for Poland based candidate. The job is remote but may require some trips to London or Warsaw at the beginning. Warsaw (+nearby) based candidate is preferred.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Messaging Solutions Architect to design, develop, and maintain robust messaging and integration frameworks across our enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in message queuing systems, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems. You will play a key role in ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable message delivery across various platforms.

THINGS YOU WILL DO

• Design and architect scalable messaging solutions and integration patterns for complex enterprise systems.

• Develop infrastructure strategies to support real-time and asynchronous communications.

• Implement and manage message queuing systems such as Solace, Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, and ActiveMQ.

• Ensure message reliability, delivery guarantees, and data security across distributed environments.

• Create and maintain technical documentation for messaging frameworks, standards, and best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate messaging capabilities with business applications.

• Lead performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting of messaging systems.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCES YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE

• Proven expertise in enterprise messaging systems (e.g., SOLACE, Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ).
• Strong knowledge of asynchronous messaging and event-driven architecture patterns.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and fault tolerance.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and Python.
• Solid experience with AWS and cloud-based messaging services.
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with messaging and integration solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective time and project management skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Ability to operate independently and drive initiatives to completion
