The position
As our new Senior Intralogistics Project Manager, you will act as module lead in the Fill & Finish production Expansions program where you will be part of building our new global intralogistics & warehouse module for our future factories. Your main responsibility will be driving and accelerating implementation across our global sites.
You will be working closely with different key stakeholders both in Novo Nordisk and suppliers to evaluate and enable IT, automation and architecture drawing a good balance between speed, simplicity and scalability. Your focus areas will be to:

  • Take ownership of the project management disciplines on behalf of IT & Automation.
  • Define the scope of standards implementation.
  • Drive and execute the project plan, manage stakeholders, challenge solutions and speed of implementation.
  • Ensure compliance and quality in all parts of the projects.
  • Involve with various technology partners (internal and external) and site work package owners.


Beyond the execution and control of the project you will be responsible for shaping best practices and standards together with your colleagues in the Warehouse team and the extended IT & Automation team.
Some travel activity is to be expected.
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, we imagine you have:

  • A master, bachelor, or technician degree within automation, IT or another relevant field.
  • 4+ years of experience within IT/OT implementation in Production Facility in pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry, preferably within Warehousing and Intralogistics solutions.
  • Experience with operating IT/OT Systems within GxP environment .
  • Experience with implementation/deployment of Automated Warehouse/Intralogistics solutions.
  • Great stakeholder management skills complimented by fluent communication in English.


It is considered an advantage if you have experience from GMP regulated industry environment and implementation of SAP EWM or similar warehouse management systems. Some vendor management experience is also expected.

DD&IT PS - Fill & Finish Expansions is a program organization - built in a multi-dimensional matrix structure, that's designed to foster cross-organizational and cross-functional collaboration to shape our future.
Our goal is to design and build future-proof, global fill & finish production facilities, with a focus on establishing strong foundational IT and automation that will enable these facilities to digitally evolve.
As a member of our department, you will work closely with colleagues responsible for processes and engineering, as well as various technology partners both internally and externally.
