- Create and improve automation functional specifications, work on coding both offline and online, and troubleshoot PCS hardware and software to keep everything running smoothly.
- Quickly identify and fix any issues with processes, equipment, or systems related to the PCS, ensuring reliable operations.
- Lead Front End Engineering Design (FEED) studies and help define project scope and system architecture by sharing your expertise.
- Mentor and support junior engineers, helping them grow both technically and professionally in a collaborative environment.
- Guide project teams to deliver successful projects on time and within budget, fostering teamwork and positive results.
- Work alongside Project Managers to track engineering hours, manage project budgets, and keep schedules on track using tools like Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
- Contribute to business development by helping with estimates, preparing proposals, and supporting our sales and marketing efforts.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and encourage long-term partnerships.
- Serve as an ambassador who embodies our Core Values, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates.
You:
