At realfast.ai, we deliver superhuman quality at superhuman speed. We're building the first truly AI-native Salesforce implementation partner - not by replacing humans, but by amplifying what makes them exceptional.
Our Exo platform automates tedious work like unit testing and configuration management, giving developers 15-20 hours back per week for high-value work.
We only hire the best: developers who can leverage AI to focus on architecture, strategy, and complex problem-solving while shipping production-grade solutions faster than traditional consulting firms.
We're backed by PeakXV Partners (formerly Sequoia India & SEA) and RTP Global, and we're transforming how enterprise Salesforce implementations get built.
Here's what we're looking forA quality-obsessed automation engineer who can build robust test automation like hell but also understands what makes businesses tick.
You'll work directly with the founders and platform teams, building comprehensive QA automation across web, API, and AI systems while creating productivity tools that enable both our engineering and services teams. This isn't about writing test scripts in isolation – it's about building automation platforms that ensure quality at scale and move the needle on metrics that customers actually care about.
What you'll doBuild automation frameworks from the ground up for web, API, CLI, and AI system testing
Design and implement QA automation for our SaaS products (Exo Help, Exo Code) and platform infrastructure
Create AI testing infrastructure including eval suites, prompt testing scenarios, and non-deterministic system validation
Build QA productivity tools that help Salesforce QA teams work more efficiently within the Salesforce ecosystem
Write functional test suites covering API endpoints, web interfaces, and backend services
Prototype and ideate automation solutions that enhance developer and QA productivity
Collaborate across teams - you'll work closely with platform engineers, AI engineers, and services teams
Champion quality by establishing automation best practices and testing standards
Have the freedom to explore new automation technologies and AI testing patterns that might lead to our next breakthrough
5-8 years of hands-on automation experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks
Web automation mastery - expert with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar modern frameworks
API testing expertise - deep experience automating REST/GraphQL APIs and building comprehensive test suites
Strong programming skills (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar) - you write maintainable, production-quality test code
Framework architecture - you've built test automation frameworks from scratch, not just written scripts
CI/CD integration - experience integrating automation into deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI)
AI system testing - experience or strong interest in testing AI/ML systems, writing eval suites, prompt testing
Multiple test layers - experience across unit, integration, e2e, API, and web UI testing
Test design patterns - solid understanding of testing pyramids, Page Object Model, and quality metrics
Salesforce ecosystem familiarity - knowledge of Salesforce testing tools and QA workflows (good to have)
Cross-functional collaboration - comfortable working with developers, AI engineers, and business stakeholders
Quality advocacy - can articulate the value of automation and testing to any audience
Self-starter mentality - thrives in ambiguous environments without detailed specifications
Platform thinking - natural inclination toward building reusable automation solutions
Continuous learner - avid reader who stays current with automation and AI testing trends
You're a quality champion who loves building automation that catches bugs before customers see them
You're excited about AI testing challenges - evaluating prompts, testing non-deterministic systems, building eval infrastructure
You want to build automation platforms that enable teams to ship faster with confidence
You're interested in the business impact of quality automation, not just test coverage numbers
You want to wear multiple hats - automation architect, framework builder, productivity tool creator, quality advocate
You thrive in 0-1 environments where you can build automation practices from the ground up
You can quickly prove value through automation that prevents production issues
You're comfortable with rapid changes in technology stack and testing requirements
You want a strictly defined role with clear boundaries between QA, automation, and development
You need detailed test cases written for you before you can automate
You need extensive guidance and structure to identify what should be tested
You're looking for a purely manual testing position without building automation
You prefer to specialize deeply in one testing tool rather than being versatile across the stack
You're uncomfortable with rapid changes in direction and technology choices
You prefer maintaining existing test suites over building new automation frameworks from scratch
You want to manage people (this is a senior IC role, we need your hands on the code)
