Le ou la titulaire du poste jouera un rôle essentiel au sein de l’équipe Infrastructure Engineering des Services technologiques mondiaux (GTS) de Cerence pour appuyer la mise en œuvre de la suite d’applications Atlassian à l’échelle de l’entreprise.
Ce rôle exige une personne expérimentée axée sur le service à la clientèle, capable d’interagir efficacement avec nos divers partenaires d’affaires internes partout dans le monde afin de recueillir leurs attentes et exigences, et de fournir un service hautement disponible et adapté. Le poste implique également de maintenir des relations avec nos partenaires Atlassian. Les candidats doivent donc posséder d’excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
Fonctions quotidiennes / ResponsabilitésResponsabilité de la plateforme : Jira Software, Confluence, Opsgenie (ou JSM Incident), couvrant les environnements infonuagiques et les instances Data Center; gouvernance des projets/espaces, flux de travail, schémas et modèles d’autorisations.
Solutions IA : Mettre en œuvre des fonctionnalités d’automatisation et basées sur l’intelligence artificielle (p. ex. règles d’automatisation Jira, gestion des connaissances propulsée par l’IA dans Confluence et Jira, gestion des alertes IA pour la surveillance de la production).
Optimisation du service : Soutenir les équipes R&D, Services professionnels et autres équipes internes dans leur utilisation quotidienne des applications Atlassian et maximiser notre investissement.
Gouvernance : Diriger les points de contact réguliers avec les parties prenantes internes et les partenaires, incluant Atlassian, les partenaires platine et les fournisseurs d’extensions.
Maintien : Développer et améliorer la documentation de soutien et de configuration.
Fiabilité et sécurité : Sauvegardes / reprise après sinistre, SSO / SCIM, MFA, révisions d’accès, registres d’audit — alignés sur la liste de vérification de sécurité d’Atlassian.
Incidents / Garde : Runbooks Opsgenie/JSM Incident, politiques d’escalade, horaires de garde; intégrations avec les outils de surveillance et de messagerie.
Applications Marketplace : Évaluation, licences, mises à niveau, tests; gestion des fournisseurs et des demandes de soutien liées aux extensions.
Qualifications requises- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience pratique avec la suite d’applications Atlassian, incluant :
- Jira Software (Serveur et Cloud)
- Jira Service Management, incluant Opsgenie (Cloud)
- Confluence (Data Center et Cloud)
- Expérience dans la migration de produits Atlassian, notamment vers Atlassian Cloud.

The incumbent will play a crucial role within Cerence’s Global Technology Services (GTS) Infrastructure Engineering Team to support the Atlassian Applications Suite implementation across Cerence.
This role requires an experienced individual with a strong customer focus who can effectively connect with our various internal business stakeholders located around the world to collect their expectations and requirements and deliver a highly available tailored service, as well as maintain relationships with Atlassian partners. As such, candidates for this role will need to have strong oral and written communication skills.
Daily Functions / Responsibilities
- Platform ownership: Jira Software, Confluence, Opsgenie (or JSM Incident), across Cloud tenants and DC instances; governance of projects/spaces, workflows, schemes, permission models.
- AI Solutions: Implement automation and AI-driven features (e.g., Jira automation rules, AI-powered knowledge management in Confluence and Jira, AI-powered alert management for production monitoring).
- Service Optimisation: Support R&D, Professional Services, and other business teams in their daily use of Atlassian Applications and maximising our investment
- Governance: Lead regular touch-points with internal business stakeholders and partners inc. Atlassian, platinum partners and add-on vendors.
- Sustainment: Maintain and improve our support and configuration documentation.
- Reliability & security: Backups/DR, SSO/SCIM, MFA, access reviews, audit trails—aligned to Atlassian’s security checklist.
- Incident/On‑call: Opsgenie/JSM Incident runbooks, escalation policies, on‑call schedules; integrations with monitoring/chat
- Marketplace apps: Evaluation, licensing, upgrades, testing; manage vendors and add-on support requests.
To be successful, the incumbent must possess these qualifications
3-5 years of previous hands-on experience with the Atlassian Application Suite including:
Jira Software (Server and Cloud)
Jira Service Management inc. Opsgenie (Cloud)
Confluence (Datacenter and Cloud)
Experience in migration of Atlassian products, including to Atlassian Cloud.
Good written and oral communication skills in English.
