The Global Client Group (GCG) leads Dimensional's efforts to acquire long-term client relationships and increase the firm's reach in the marketplace. Using a team-based, collaborative system, GCG distributes the firm's financial science-based products and peerless client services across the globe. Working closely with both institutions and financial advisors, GCG seeks to help clients meet their business goals and deliver a better investment experience.   

GCG is responsible for developing new business relationships as well as managing current relationships with our global clients. We take the time to understand clients’ evolving needs, identifying where we can add value and collaborating to provide a better investment experience.  Our Traditional Institutional Group is responsible for working with large institutional clients across the country, including defined benefit and defined contribution plans, foundations, endowments, family offices, and corporations. This position will be responsible for supporting the institutional client service teams to build, maintain and strengthen our client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day activities of the team’s Regional Directors and Senior Associates
• Prepare presentation materials to be used in meetings with institutional clients and prospects. Examples of deliverables include introductory presentations, portfolio reviews and follow-up materials.
• Compile performance data, portfolio commentary and analytical material in preparation for meetings or in response to client inquiries.
• Provide quality control for the data included in client reports and requests
• Facilitate the completion of due diligence requests and client questionnaires
• Help maintain CRM database
• Build marketing lists for institutional luncheons, investment forums and conferences
• Review and edit RFPs
• Communicate daily with internal groups, including operations, portfolio management, research, legal, compliance and marketing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry
• Background or strong interest in finance/investments
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, team-player
• Able to work equally well in a team environment and independently
• Self-starter who is capable of completing multiple projects within set deadlines
• Strong computer skills (Excel and Word) with the ability to learn programs as needed
• Solid quantitative problem-solving skills
• SIE, Series 7, and Series 63/66 licenses (or attainment within the first 8 weeks of hire as a condition of employment)
