Responsibilities:
• Lead project scoping, approach design, and delivery planning on technology-focused engagements.
• Drive successful execution of client engagements from initiation through implementation.
• Manage and mitigate risks and issues across project lifecycle.
• Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and mentoring to project teams.
• Develop and deliver client presentations, reports, and recommendations.
• Participate in business development efforts including proposal development and client relationship management.
• Support practice development initiatives across TSG (e.g., frameworks, tools, templates).
• Provide career management, professional development, and support of employees through Optimus SBR’s Career Development Program (CDP).
• Contribute to the life and culture of Optimus SBR.
Qualifications:
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in technology project delivery, with 2–3 years in a consulting capacity is a strong asset.
• Strong understanding of technology delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps, Waterfall, product-based delivery models).
• Experience in leading or managing IT project teams and delivering end-to-end solutions.
• Skilled in identifying, mitigating, and resolving project risks and issues.
• Strong client engagement skills, including stakeholder management at senior levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in team environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
• Experience with cloud migrations, digital transformation, data and integration projects is an asset.
• Required Education: Related University Degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent).
• Preferred Education: Post-Graduate degree, MBA, CPA, CFA or other relevant designations strongly preferred.
Compensation:
$100,000-130,000 annually (subject to negotiation and subject to the candidate meeting the specific skills, experience, education, and qualification requirements)
