Job Description

Storefront Management:

• Translate business strategies, marketing plans, and campaign directives into excellent storefront operations.

• Ensure product listings, promotions, and merchandising are accurate, timely, and aligned with local market preferences.

• Monitor and maintain the storefront to ensure optimal functionality and customer experience.

Performance Analytics:

• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Provide operational insights to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Campaign Execution:

• Execute localized campaigns and promotions as directed by the marketing and business strategy teams.

• Coordinate with product and tech teams to ensure all campaign elements are integrated and functional on the storefront.

Customer Insights and Feedback:

• Collect and report customer feedback to refine the storefront experience and enhance product offerings.

• Conduct basic competitor monitoring to ensure operational competitiveness.

Operational Excellence:

• Implement efficient processes for product updates, promotions, and content management.

• Ensure compliance with our legal counsel guidance and alignment with company standards.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with country management, subject matter experts, and customer service teams to execute the business strategy effectively.

• Partner with regional and global teams to maintain consistency and share operational best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.

• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, OTA, or digital operations management.

• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CMS platforms, or equivalent.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• A passion for travel.

• Familiarity with the Australian travel market is an advantage.
