Responsibilities
- Support application projects to ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Design and implement automation scripts for CI/CD pipelines to optimize software delivery processes.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain NGINX setups to ensure high availability and secure traffic routing.
- Manage system capacity planning and implement comprehensive monitoring and alerting solutions.
- Deploy, configure, and manage Enterprise Network as a Service (ENAAS) platforms.
- Deploy and manage Logging as a Service (LaaS) solutions for centralized log aggregation and analysis.
- Apply and govern Cloude Claude's Failure Prevention Governance standards across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Establish and manage centralized backup policies and disaster recovery procedures.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or systems engineering role.
- Hands-on experience in automation script design for CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Ansible.
- Technical expertise in NGINX setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
- Demonstrated experience in system capacity planning and monitoring management using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
- Experience with ENAAS and LaaS management and deployment.
- Familiarity with SDLC processes and the implementation of failure prevention governance, specifically Cloude Claude's Failure Prevention Governance.
- Experience in centralizing backup policy management and executing recovery protocols.
- Proficiency with cloud infrastructure and containerization technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
