As a Senior Associate, Salesforce Administrator in Revenue Operations at Chase Media Solutions, you lead the business-side ownership of Salesforce enhancements and day-to-day platform administration. You partner with Sales, Marketing, and Campaign Operations to translate needs into scalable solutions, and you work closely with Product and Technology to deliver enhancements smoothly. You improve data integrity, automation, and reporting to strengthen adoption and operational performance.
Job responsibilities- Serve as the primary business point of contact for Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and platform initiatives.
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce solutions supporting revenue operations, sales, marketing, and campaign operations.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize the enhancement backlog, and deliver scalable improvements.
- Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to align on development, integration, testing, and release plans.
- Administer Salesforce user access, roles, permissions, and governance to support secure and effective usage.
- Maintain data quality through standards, monitoring, and issue resolution; define controls for ongoing integrity.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards that provide actionable visibility into performance.
- Develop documentation and training materials; promote best practices to improve adoption and consistency.
- Monitor platform usage and performance metrics; identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage third-party tools, vendors, and integrations as needed to meet business objectives.
- Stay current on new Salesforce features and recommend enhancements that improve outcomes.
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, customer relationship management, or related roles.
- Proven expertise configuring and optimizing Salesforce, including automation, reporting, and integrations.
- Understanding of revenue operations workflows across sales, marketing, and campaign operations.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and delivering technology-enabled process improvements.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with business and technical partners.
- Advanced degree.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).
- Experience supporting media, advertising, technology, or financial services organizations.
- Experience with data governance, process documentation, and enablement or training programs.
