Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of experience in media agency planning & buying
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present to clients, and small/large groups
- Ability to apply analytic and critical thinking to projects, plans, and potential challenges that arise
- Someone who is not afraid to take action and handle problems independently
- Ability to work well with others and work in cross functional teams
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A strong desire to learn and passion for marketing, published media and analytics
- Strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
The Senior Associate, Published Media will work with internal teams to build direct partner, cross-platform media plans and will be responsible for the stewardship and execution of approved plans and ensuring executional excellence. The Senior Associate will play a critical role in the buy management process with internal strategy and investment teams, as well as publishing partners externally.
- Craft and execute tactical plans that deliver against the overarching brand and business objectives
- Implement media buys, maintain consistent communication with vendors as plans are executed to ensure executional excellence
- Lead the creation, issuance, evaluation, and negotiation of partner RFP's inclusive of pricing, positioning, and cross platform opportunities
- Manage contract tracking system within internal documents to ensure negotiated details are being executed throughout the campaign (i.e., confirming activity ran as scheduled, collecting post-campaign proof-of-performance)
- Create Closing Date Calendars to ensure asset deadlines are met with creative agencies
- Evaluate potential client opportunities as proactive proposals/programs are received from vendors; provide agency POV for clients based on marketplace knowledge and current client business goals/budgets
- Lead the post-buy delivery analyses on annual bases for applicable accounts
- Fulfill client requests, collect data and information regarding publisher opportunities and marketplace updates
- Participate or lead campaign activation and provide client updates on campaign status

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
