In this exciting role, you will work closely with key stakeholders across Channels and Operations, Team RAE, and Team Rogue, where you will focus on bringing our business strategy to life. As a Project Manager you will:

  • Work on large to medium-scale department projects that have a direct impact on the success of our teams
  • Work with partners and team members to assist in project planning and strategic initiatives
  • Leverage problem solving skills to ensure establishment and tracking of Key Results to achieve Critical team Objectives
  • Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
  • Identify ways to improve and streamline business process
  • Collaborate with a variety of partners on executing comms around our ToH events and program strategy
  • Demonstrate excellent change management, bringing the ability to quickly put change management structure in place to manage change in a dynamic complex environment
  • Understand key priorities and complex issues quickly for the larger organization and create clear written presentations/communications


Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of experience in Project Management, Process Management or Corporate Communications


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma Certification
  • Scrum Master Certification


This role is hybrid meaning associates typically spend about half their time (2-3 days per week) in-person at one of our offices listed on this job posting. Monday and Fridays are enterprise- wide virtual work days . Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are in-person days for associates to spend time together working in our beautifully-designed team areas.
