Job Description

Owned Media Management:

  • Lead the end-to-end management of Push Notifications and Email Newsletters, ensuring timely and error-free execution.
  • Supervise two team members, providing direction, support, and oversight to maintain operational excellence.
  • Continuously monitor campaign effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement to drive higher engagement and conversion rates.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

  • Analyze the performance of owned media campaigns through data-driven insights, using key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies.
  • Develop actionable plans and next steps to optimize campaigns and processes, ensuring continuous improvement in conversion rates.
  • Implement A/B testing and other experimental methods to refine messaging, targeting, and channel execution for improved outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including regional marketing and product marketing to ensure alignment of marketing communication plans with promotional objectives and timelines.
  • Partner with the creative and design teams to develop compelling content that supports key marketing initiatives and messaging.
  • Coordinate with product owners and analytics teams to track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future initiatives.

Process Improvement & Scalability:

  • Map existing (as-is) workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing new (to-be) processes that improve scalability and execution quality.
  • Integrate automation tools and streamline workflows to enhance operational efficiency, enabling faster execution with higher accuracy.
  • Ensure seamless and efficient processes across the team, driving continuous process improvements that align with business objectives.

Project Management:

  • Oversee the development of an owned media calendar that aligns with broader marketing strategies and priorities.
  • Ensure flawless execution and timely delivery of campaigns, managing resources and timelines effectively.

Strategic Reporting & Insights:

  • Provide regular performance reports to the Platform Marketing Manager, highlighting key insights and areas of opportunity for optimization.
  • Use performance data to develop and implement strategies that drive sustained improvements in engagement, conversion, and overall marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience managing owned media channels with a focus on performance optimization and conversion rate improvement.
  • Fresh graduates with strong academic background are welcome to apply
  • Proven experience with campaign management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Advanced analytical abilities, with expertise in data analysis, A/B testing, and campaign performance optimization.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to execute tasks with high accuracy and structure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with marketing automation and data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Ability to perform well with a structured checklist and drive tasks to completion efficiently.
