Senior Associate, Process Manager (On-site)
As a Senior Associate, Process Manager at Capital One, you will be part of a smart, talented team responsible for creating and enhancing processes that deliver excellence in the ATM & Cash space. This position will play a key role in delivering processes that enhance the Richmond CXHardware Warehouse. In this position you will contribute immediately while strengthening your process management best practices.
We are seeking a dedicated, disciplined, process professional who excels in a team environment. This person will have excellent communication skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and can adapt to change quickly. The ability to influence up is key to success in this position. General Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing ATM staging and implementation of quality assurance & quality control, which includes capturing staging artifacts (photographs, screenshots, and verifications) while ensuring staging completion with 100% QC compliance
  • Managing staging room materials (test cards, test "cash", test checks, check stock, and software sticks), which includes maintaining minimum in stock levels and auditing regularly
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to achieve project goals in targeted timelines, while focusing on continuous improvement
  • Maintaining logs/tracking for all OBFs (out of box failures), QA/QC catches, staging issues, damages/defects, etc. as well as staging milestones to feed dashboards
  • Managing staging as a process and implementing improvements as needed to keep up with emerging issues and stay ahead of potential issues to prevent negative bring live impact
  • Overseeing and guiding remediation efforts by OEM techs to remediate OBFs (out of box failures), software loading issues, defects, etc. in a timely manner to prevent negative impacts to ship date or bring live/install date; Communicating regularly with OEM vendors to ensure full and timely remediation of OBFs (out of box failures)
  • Provide occasional backup coverage to assist warehouse team members with moving inventory and loading/unloading trucks
  • Measuring staging room related metrics to report to leadership


Location: 1564 E. Parham Rd., Henrico, VA 23228 - This role is an essential position and requires on site attendance
Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of experience in process management
  • At least 1 years of experience with GSuite products


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification
  • At least 3 years of experience in Process Management
  • At least 2 years of experience in ATM
