Position Overview:

The Customer Support Executive – Platform is responsible for providing effective and timely support to customers of Refinitiv Data Platform (RDP).  This includes active focus on enquiry resolution, a positive customer focused attitude always and ensuring that all the necessary action is taken to resolve a customer’s enquiry.  Each member should show curiosity partnered with great persistence and thrive for continuous quest for professional growth and excellence.
The Customer Support Executive resolves issues applying complex information systems, displays excellent problem-solving skills and shows a high level of urgency and ownership to ensure customer satisfaction. Refinitiv provides all needed resources to new members to be able to pursue this new task towards completion and success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve complex customer enquiries and drive issues through to successful resolution.
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and customer-focused support across products, data, and platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and investigate issues, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Content, and Sales teams as needed.
  • Act as a subject matter resource and support knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, projects, and certification programs.
  • Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and issue ownership.
  • Capture customer feedback and partner with internal teams to improve products, services, and processes.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience in customer support, client services, technical support, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Exposure to Financial Markets, FinTech, Technology, or Market Data industries is beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering positive outcomes.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Degree in Information Technology, Financial Markets, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Additional Skills That Would Be an Advantage
  • Knowledge of APIs, Python, or other programming languages.
  • Exposure to cloud and enterprise technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
  • Familiarity with Linux, Windows, desktop, and server environments.
  • Experience with remote troubleshooting and technical investigations.
  • Knowledge of Refinitiv products, platforms, and market data services.
