About the role

We are seeking an energetic, client-focused Senior Associate to join our passionate and experienced Personal Injuries Team in our Perth office on a full-time, permanent basis. With a diverse client base, the work is challenging and rewarding with excellent career development opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for Personal Injuries as well as a proven record of achieving excellent outcomes for their clients. You will have sound legal technical skills and be experienced in managing your own file load. With demonstrated decision making and analytical skills, you will also be a strong communicator and a team player.

The experience we are looking for

  • 5+ years PAE within a Personal Injuries’ environment, with a background in handling Road, Work, or Public Liability matters
  • A strong knowledge of the relevant procedural rules relevant to Personal Injury practice in WA
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Demonstrated capacity in executing business development and marketing strategies in the legal field
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with experience providing high level client service
  • Demonstrated proactive approach to file management
  • Willingness to assist other team members, especially junior solicitors
  • Experience working in a high-volume work environment

Your responsibilities will include running personal injury files, supervising team members running personal injuries files and team management, with a key focus on building the practice.
