Overview
We’re excited to be looking for a Senior Associate, Paid Search to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. Reporting into our Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, you will serve as an important strategic partner, optimizing our search strategy to drive significant business impact.

This role is based in Brooklyn, NY, and we have a 2 days in/3 days remote schedule.
What you’ll do
- Oversee the day-to-day performance of our Google and Microsoft Ads campaigns. This includes analyzing results and independently optimizing key elements such as campaign structure, keyword strategy, bids, budgets, landing pages, audience targeting, and ad copy
- Track KPIs for search marketing, distill insights from campaign data, and provide regular performance reports to the team
- Stay informed about changes in search marketing technology and trends and provide recommendations on innovative strategies and optimizations for search marketing campaigns
- Work closely with the E-commerce and Creative teams to gather campaign needs, submit creative briefs, and ensure creative assets are aligned with campaign objectives
We're looking for someone who brings
- 2+ years of experience in paid search
- An expert in Google Ads/Microsoft Ads and Excel
- E-Commerce/B2C search marketing experience
- An analytical and performance-driven mindset with a strong understanding of growth marketing KPIs
- Strong presentation skills and experience in a client-facing role
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- An ability to manage workflow and work autonomously
- A hardworking and ambitious mindset
- Experience with Looker/BI tools is a plus!

At Brooklinen, we’re committed to providing a competitive total compensation package—grounded in market data that considers our size, stage, industry, and location. For this role, the base salary range is between $72K and $98K.
