About the Job:
The Brand Manager for Latin America & the Caribbean (LA&C) offers an opportunity for a big thinker who is passionate about growing brands across different facets of marketing. The Brand & Digital Marketing, Senior Associate Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives and holistic marketing plans to drive sales and strengthen the brand across each LA&C market. This individual will work with local marketing teams across the region, as well as partner closely with the LA&C Technology Director, agency partners, operations, finance, product development and legal. The Brand & Digital Marketing, Senior Associate Manager will report to the Marketing Director.
The Day-to-Day:
- Partner on the development of the regional marketing calendar and lead cross-functional execution of brand campaigns and product launches. Drive communication strategy and oversee creative process, including TV/video and stills.
- Work closely with franchisee marketing leads in support of local initiatives including brand activations, product launches, and Local Store Marketing plans
- Partner with Technology teams to align and execute the digital roadmap for each market and deploy digital business layers including, but not limited to, online ordering, loyalty, kiosks, etc.
- Assess and measure the effectiveness of digital advertising tactics including awareness, engagement, and conversion thru digital analytics and attribution models & tools.
- Partner with Technology Director to support regional digital marketing strategy to push the brand forward via breakthrough content and relevant online programs.
- Actively coach and build capability of franchise digital marketing leaders with execution of campaigns including social media channel, community management, content creation, partnerships, influencer outreach initiatives, media buying guidance, etc.
- 25-30% domestic or international travel to perform market visits and franchise meetings as needed
Is This You?
- Impactful and articulate communicator with ability to conduct business (read, write and present) in fluent Spanish and English preferred. Familiarity with Latin American culture preferred.
- BA/BS degree in business, marketing, digital, advertising, or related field and at least 5+ years experience in QSR/restaurant industry, CPG or marketing/advertising agency – international experience highly recommended, experience in Latin America a plus
- Experience developing multi-channel marketing strategies, building and executing marketing calendars across multiple and individual markets. Experience launching new products a plus
- Experience successfully launching and/or building digital sales layers and driving significant digital sales growth
- Proven ability to leverage digital marketing tools (Google platforms, etc.) to develop and evaluate digital marketing strategies
- Experience effectively managing all aspects of a creative process: brief writing, overseeing production and post-production (TV/video and stills), managing creative agencies, and responsibility for time and budgets
- Highly motivated, results–oriented, passionate brand builder with a broad toolkit of marketing skills
- Relationship-focused Leader with proven track record of inspiring and influencing cross-functional partners, internal and external stakeholders to deliver results

Salary Range: $115,100 to $135,300 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
