As a Senior Associate in Corporate Treasury Middle Office (CTMO) International, you will lead regulatory change, reporting enhancements, data initiatives, and control improvements across our liquidity reporting framework. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives and regulatory commitments, analyze and remediate reporting issues, and strengthen governance and controls. You will help modernize liquidity reporting capabilities through data and technology solutions that improve accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage delivery of regulatory, audit, and business-driven change initiatives impacting liquidity reporting and liquidity risk infrastructure.
  • Coordinate timely responses to regulatory requests, internal audits, and external audits.
  • Provide prompt resolution of reporting issues through investigation, stakeholder liaison, and coordination of remediation activities.

  • Partner with technology, firmwide project teams and report production teams to support implementation of strategic initiatives through provision of business requirements, data and report testing, and release management.
  • Partner with production teams to ensure high standards in Liquidity and IRRBB reporting governance, control oversight, and data quality management activities.
  • Contribute to the adoption and utilisation of strategic technology platforms, including Snowflake, AWS-based data services, Python, SQL, and AI-enabled productivity and analytical tools.
  • Prepare materials and presentations for governance forums, senior management, and regulatory engagements.
  • Analyse large datasets and identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, controls, and data quality.

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience within financial services,  supporting Treasury, Regulatory Reporting, Risk Management, Finance, Data Analytics, or Change Management functions.
  • Experience supporting regulatory change initiatives, audit engagements, regulatory interactions, or complex data-driven processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting complex topics in a clear and professional manner.
  • Experience in working with auditors and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong control mindset and attention to detail.

 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Knowledge of liquidity regulatory reporting frameworks including LCR, NSFR, ALMM, PRA110, or equivalent regulatory reporting.
  • Experience within Treasury, Regulatory Reporting, Liquidity Risk, or Finance functions.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience using SQL, Python, Snowflake, or cloud-based data platforms.
  • Interest in applying AI and automation to improve reporting, analytics, and business processes.
  • Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, or similar analytical tools.
