Job DescriptionThis position will work Pacific Time Zone hours - successful candidates will be US based on the West Coast.
What you’ll do
- You'll oversee Outlook Investor Services inboxes, respond to routine client inquiries, and handle ad-hoc requests efficiently.
- You'll post fund and investor-level documents to the investor portal while coordinating with other departments for approvals and upcoming posts.
- You'll manage investor expectations by clearly communicating timelines for deliverables and ensuring smooth delivery of capital call and distribution notices.
- You'll assist in updating and maintaining document processes and policies to ensure accurate record keeping and compliance.
- You'll collaborate with your team and clients to uphold standards, assess operational effectiveness, and suggest improvements for process development.

- You bring over 4 years of experience in investor services, private equity, public accounting, or alternative asset investment firms.
