As an HR Services Professional, you will navigate through a diverse range of HR-related transactions. From new-hire onboarding to performance evaluations, benefits, and even employee departures, you'll handle it all with finesse, making each interaction a positive experience. You’ll have the opportunity to shine as you effectively relay information to our customers, empowering them with the knowledge they need on HR policies, payroll, and more. Your exceptional communication skills will make you the rockstar of the team, maximizing customer satisfaction and response accuracy. Required Skills and Experience
•1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources function
•Ticket management experience
•Proficient in Microsoft office such as Excel, Word and Power-point
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
•Good problem-solving and analytical skills, sensitive to data and detail orientated
Preferred Skills and Experience
•Bachelor’s degree in Business/Human Resources
•Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
