The Role

HR Services Specialist – HR Operations & Case Management (FR, IT)

The HR Services Specialist – HR Operations & Case Management plays a key operational role within the EMEA HR Operations & Case Management Services team, with primary responsibility for HR operations delivery for France and Italy.

The role ensures accurate, compliant, and timely execution of personnel administration and employee data processes across the supported countries. A strong focus is placed on operational excellence, data accuracy, and consistency of HR processes in a high-volume and evolving environment, particularly within the French scope.

The position combines HR case management with an extensive range of HR operations activities. The specialist manages employee and manager inquiries via MyKyndryl and HR ticketing systems, ensuring end-to-end case resolution in line with SLAs, quality standards, and employee experience expectations.

A significant part of the role is dedicated to HR operations execution, including:

• maintenance of employee data in HR systems

• processing of employment documentation

• execution of employee lifecycle transactions

• support of payroll-related processes and issue resolution

The specialist acts as an operational point of contact for the assigned countries, ensuring coordination across HR stakeholders and clear ownership of processes. Close collaboration with Payroll, HR Business Partners, and Tier 2 / Tier 3 teams is essential to manage dependencies, support escalations, and ensure consistent service delivery.

The role requires strong ownership and adaptability to manage complex operational environments while maintaining service stability and consistency across multiple countries, with particular emphasis on the complexity of the French environment.

The specialist also contributes to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues, supporting process standardization, improving knowledge base content, and driving efficiencies in HR service delivery.


Who You Are

Required

• Experience in HR Operations or HR Services with a strong focus on personnel administration and operational HR delivery

• Solid understanding of employee lifecycle processes, HR data management, and document handling

• Experience working in a high-volume, operational environment with strong focus on accuracy and compliance

• Experience with HR case management tools and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, MyKyndryl or similar)

• Ability to manage HR cases and operational tasks independently, ensuring SLA compliance and quality delivery

• Strong attention to detail and accountability for data accuracy

• Experience collaborating with Payroll, HRBPs, and broader HR stakeholders

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Fluency in French (written and spoken) – mandatory

• Ability to support multiple countries and manage diverse regulatory environments

Preferred

• Experience supporting HR operations across multiple countries (experience within France and Italy is an advantage)

• Experience with payroll processes or cooperation with payroll vendors

• Familiarity with Workday or other HR master data systems

• Experience in process transitions or operational stabilization

• Experience contributing to knowledge base development and continuous improvement initiatives

• Strong technical skills, including Excel (advanced level), Power BI, and Power Automate (or similar tools), with the ability to support automation, reporting, and process efficiency improvements
