POSITION TITLE: Senior Associate, Fintech & Enterprise AI
POSITION DUTIES:
1) Conduct market research and actively seeking out promising investment opportunities in early stage startups.
2) Perform thorough due diligence on potential investments including financial analysis, market assessment, competitive landscape evaluation, and team assessment.
3) Own relevant analyses for potential opportunities including financial, market sizing, unit economics, and cap table modeling.
4) Provide ongoing support to portfolio companies and coordinate with the portfolio impact team.
5) Stay on top of industry trends, news, and regulatory developments.
6) Surface regular market insights and lead research on thematic deep dives on new potential investment areas.
7) Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the fintech and enterprise AI communities, including founders, industry experts, talented operators, and other investors.
8) Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and panels. 9) Support and execute on strategic brand building and thought leadership initiatives.
10) Support Partners with ongoing LP reporting and other firm building initiatives.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience with venture capital, investment analysis, due diligence, company evaluation, startup sourcing, go-to-market planning, and fundraising.
RATE OF PAY: $118,248.00 - $210,000/year.
