Senior Associate, Di gital Products
In this role, you will support the product management team to develop and execute on product strategy based on inputs from Competitive Insights, Customer Success and overall business strategy, including the design, validation and delivery of new features and services. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, User Experience and Engineering to deliver a high quality, end-to-end experience for all users, approaching problems with a customer-centric mindset. You will be accountable for the continuous delivery of business value and outcomes for implementations. You will contribute to the product roadmap and will drive continuous innovation of our product management methodology.
ZS's Connected Health Platform is designed to harmonize patient data from multiple sources into a single standards-conformant data structure, keeps patients engaged and connected throughout their care journey, and creates customized experiences and workflows. The Platform powers digital health solutions across the globe and the healthcare spectrum, including clinical trials, digital therapeutics, Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) applications, and next-generation patient support hubs.
What You'll Do

• Help execute ZS Connected Research's roadmap by translating business context into requirements for use by the engineering team

• Work closely with the engineering and UX teams to implement product features and ensure quality processes for software and releases

• Follow the Agile SDLC process and help prioritize the backlog based on roadmap, strategic, and customer insight initiatives

• Understand the evolving market of competitive products to identify competitive benchmarks, unmet customer needs, and potential partners.

• Keep a pulse on the DCT market and customers to identify and drive development of new features and services

• Create and regularly report to the leadership team on KPI dashboards; Formulate and execute a strategy for gathering, measuring, and visualizing KPIs

What You'll Bring

• 4+ years of experience as Business Analyst

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (CS), Electrical Engineering (EE), or related discipline

• Strong analytic and problem-solving ability

• Initiative and drive to contribute

• Excellent organizational and task management skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in global cross-office teams
